We are blessed with willing participants who are now better equipped because of the certification process to come along side pastors, church planters, congregations and other ministry leaders in an intentional coaching relationship.

Coaching is primarily a relationship within an understood time frame and a defined purpose: to help you better understand what God wants you to be and do and to discern how you might succeed in your ministry.
