On Saturday, January 31st, the spirit of partnership was on full display as Haven Community Church and Summit Ridge Community Church (both in Tucson, Arizona) joined forces for a massive collaborative workday.

Nearly 40 volunteers from both congregations rolled up their sleeves to breathe new life into Haven’s facilities. The energy was electric as teams tackled an ambitious list of projects, including hanging drywall and installing new countertops, fresh paint throughout the building, organizing interior spaces, and refreshing the landscaping.

Haven Community Church is currently in a season of rebirth, and this renovation is a physical reflection of the spiritual growth happening within its walls. Seeing these two churches unite to serve was a powerful reminder that we can accomplish so much more when we work as one!
