Join fellow faith leaders across our movement for the Brethren Webinar Series-a three-part series broadly focused on topics that shape the way we as Brethren follow Jesus in our contemporary world. This year, we’ll be considering our past traditions, our current challenges, and our future growth in three webinar sessions, featuring both familiar voices and outside thought-leaders. THE NEW BRETHREN: RE-ENGAGING OUR PAST AS WE LOOK TO THE FUTURE
This moment in American Christianity seems like a prime opportunity to invite people who are hungry for a more authentic expression of following Jesus to the “third way” of the Brethren. But what is it, exactly, that is so compelling about the way we practice our faith? In this session, we’ll examine fundamental elements of our Anabaptist heritage, how they are manifesting themselves in current church communities, and what fresh fruit they may yield in our faith communities, today and into the future.
