We are so excited to share with you the recent hiring of Paul Stanley as the West Regional Resource Coordinator.  He has replaced Dan Acker, who has been serving in that role while also serving his local church and as the new Coordinator of Vitality.  Paul began in the role on July 1st.  

It’s hard to imagine someone who has been around The Brethren Church for very long who doesn’t at least know who Paul is.  We’re excited for what he brings to our team.  He is a man of deep passion and energy for the things that matter.  He is an evangelist at his core, and we believe he will help our team remember what matters most amid the many things competing for our attention.  Paul’s heart aches for struggling churches and for people who are far from God.  Please congratulate him and our other new hires when you see them at the conference in a few weeks.  

Paul Stanley’s Bio

Paul Stanley is the Senior Pastor at Carson Oaks Community Church in Stockton, California, where he has served since 2003. He has been married to his wife Barbara since 1993, and they have one son named Caleb.

Paul is a graduate of Ashland Theological Seminary and has been a member of the Brethren Church since 1993. He has served the Brethren Church as a NOC member, Global Partners team member, and with the West Regional Leadership Team. Paul is also a Veteran, serving in the United States Navy for six years. 

In his off-time, Paul loves building and riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles, but for the sake of being ecumenical, he is okay with other bikes not of that flock!
