We ask for your immediate prayers for our partners and the village churches in the Andhra Pradesh province of India, which have been severely affected by heavy seasonal rainfall and flooding.

Sudhir and Latha Kumar recently made a five-hour one-way journey to visit the church in V. Kothapalem, India. They met with the church community there, but unfortunately, the flooding has damaged both the church building and the associated pastoral residence.

Please keep Reverend Challa Samson Babu, his son Reverend Challa Raju, and their families, and all those affected, in your prayers as they navigate this difficult time.

Pray for practical provision as they deal with the immediate impact of the rains and the resulting damage. Beyond V. Kothapalem, we also ask you to pray for the many other people and communities across the region who are facing similar devastating effects from the flooding.

May the church in V. Kothapalem be a powerful light in the darkness and a source of comfort, hope, and practical assistance to their neighbors during this crisis.
